The priority of any interior decorator should be understanding his/her client's vision and style.  We do this through our lifestyle and design consultations.

A lifestyle and design consultation will give you the confidence you need to make important decisions for your home. After walking through your home, we’ll discuss design ideas, how you live in your home, your tastes, budget planning options, and the overall goals for the project.

*If preferred, this service can be done remotely through Zoom or Facetime.

INTERIOR DESIGN PROCESS

Once we have met for the initial consultation, we can begin the design process.  Each project is different, but special attention to detail will be met. Measurements and photographs of all the spaces involved will be taken, where appropriate. Floor plans, inspiration boards, and sketches will be initiated.

Kelly and her team can produce CADs for layout, scale, and reference, when needed. Next, we develop a color scheme, followed by sourcing furniture, fixtures, accessories, and materials.

Custom furniture, upholstery, finishes, build-outs, and build-ins can be designed and finishes are chosen.

You will be presented with photos, specifications, fabric swatches, and samples for every design, where applicable.  Timely approval and implementation of the design concept is crucial for maintaining accurate pricing and ensuring the availability of some design elements.

Each step of the process requires client approval, from contractor work to paint and fabric purchasing. Kelly's communication with her clients is a high priority, providing the comfort and trust they need in a good working relationship.

Kelly schedules and manages all trade and contract work to make sure all work has been executed properly with the highest of quality.  From start to finish, Kelly and her team will make sure the vision you have for your space exceeds your expectations!

ACCESSORIZING “REFRESH” PACKAGE

Sometimes your space just needs a little sprucing up. Accessorizing is one of our primary services offered.  After consulting with the client and understanding needs and budget preferences, we’ll visit the space and begin adding elements to create a fresh look.  We load up our truck and bring accessories to your home. Accessories include: art, pillows, lamps, rugs, plants, ottomans, bedding, and other pieces. We’ll take back any items you decide are not a good fit for your space.In addition, we’ll incorporate any existing decor that the client prefers to keep.  

Clients opt for this package for projects, like styling that wall unit that drives them crazy or a need to freshen up a guest room or living room before a party or the arrival of house guests!
